We strongly recommend that you take out Gritchen-Mutuaide insurance. If you do not take out this insurance, you will not be covered for the total or partial cancellation of your cruise, nor for the interruption of your holiday. For further details, please refer to our Riverly terms and conditions.

It guarantees reimbursement of all or part of the fees charged by Riverly in case of cancellation, delayed arrival, or interruption of your cruise.

It protects you from many situations that could jeopardize your travel plans: death, medical issues, accidents (to you or close relatives—even if they are not part of the crew), professional obligations, transport issues, late arrival, damage to your home or vehicle, etc.

It also applies in cases of partial trip cancellation, or if only part of the crew cancels.

In Case of a Claim

1. How to Submit a Claim
Go to www.declare.fr using the link provided in your insurance certificate, then complete your claim in just a few clicks.
We recommend this method as it allows the insurer to identify both the policyholder and the booking quickly.
Your file is opened as soon as your declaration is submitted and a confirmation of receipt is sent.

2. Acknowledgement of Receipt
The claims handler will confirm receipt and request supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate, police report, cancellation invoice, etc.)

3. Claim Processing
Each policy is managed by a dedicated team. Once your claim is validated, the reimbursement is processed within one month of cancellation.
